Club Entity Policies: Guidelines for Official & Unofficial Groups in Mountain Interactive RP Games
3 pointsWhitelisted Entity Guidelines: Professional Standards and Equal Opportunities What’s the purpose? These guidelines are established to ensure that whitelisted entities, such as government and civilian organizations, operate with integrity, professionalism, and fairness within Mountain Interactive Roleplay Games. They reflect our commitment to safeguarding player rights, promoting a balanced and inclusive roleplay experience, and enforcing compliance with our Terms & Conditions. The Key Principles 1. Equal Access to Paid PerksPlayers who have purchased in-game services or perks must maintain uninterrupted access to these benefits, regardless of their involvement with a whitelisted entity. Blocking, restricting, or denying players access to their purchased perks is a serious violation of Subscriber's Rights and will result in severe penalties, including Account Termination for the responsible parties. Whitelisted entities must not impose additional barriers or conditions on players accessing their paid services or perks. 2. Non-Discriminatory PracticesEqual Treatment Whitelisted entities are strictly prohibited from engaging in bias, favoritism, or discrimination based on personal relationships, affiliations, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal identifiers. Inclusive Opportunities All players, regardless of their background or identity, must have equal opportunities to join, participate in, and benefit from whitelisted entities. Fair Role Assignment Role assignment, promotions, and other decisions must be based on merit, skill, and fairness, with transparent selection processes designed to eliminate favoritism or partiality. Zero Tolerance for Harassment Harassment, bullying, or targeting individuals based on their identity or personal traits will result in immediate disciplinary action, including potential removal from whitelisted entities. Accountability and Reporting Entities are required to maintain open channels for reporting discrimination or bias, ensuring that complaints are addressed promptly and appropriately. Commitment to Diversity Whitelisted entities are encouraged to actively promote diversity and inclusion, fostering an environment where all individuals feel valued and respected. 3. Professionalism and ConductWhitelisted entities must exemplify the highest standards of professionalism, acting as role models within the game community. Leaders and members are expected to handle disputes, disagreements, and issues respectfully and constructively. Unprofessional behavior, including abuse of power, unjust removal of members, or selective enforcement of rules, is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate corrective actions. Entities must ensure their activities enhance the roleplay experience rather than disrupt it. 4. Adherence to Terms & ConditionsAll whitelisted entities must strictly comply with Mountain Interactive’s Terms & Conditions and community guidelines. Any action that infringes on player rights, exploits game mechanics, or undermines the community’s trust is subject to disciplinary measures. Violations include, but are not limited to: Harassment or bullying of players. Misuse of authority to control or exploit others. Violations of our anti-cheating policies. 5. Transparency and AccountabilityLeaders of whitelisted entities are fully accountable for their own actions and the actions of their members. Regular reviews and audits will be conducted to ensure entities operate in alignment with these guidelines. Players who believe they have been subjected to unfair treatment by a whitelisted entity are encouraged to submit a complaint through official support channels for thorough investigation. Whitelisted entities are required to maintain clear records of their operations, including membership lists, activity logs, and decision-making processes, to ensure transparency. 6. Official and Unofficial Group Membership 1. Mountain Interactive requires all official and unofficial community groups to maintain a club. Each group, whether whitelisted or unwhitelisted, must establish and maintain an official club within the game or community platform. A dedicated member of the group must be officially listed as a club member, ensuring proper representation of the group. This requirement ensures that all team members and players can easily identify which players belong to which group, promoting transparency and collaboration across the roleplay community. Clubs must keep membership rosters updated and accessible for auditing purposes. 7. Mountain Interactive's Authority Over Whitelisted GroupsMountain Interactive reserves the right to suspend, disable, terminate, or completely delete any whitelisted group, roleplay group, or related entity if it: Violates the Terms & Conditions or these guidelines. Engages in activities that harm the community or disrupt gameplay. Fails to maintain transparency, fairness, and professionalism. Demonstrates repeated non-compliance with auditing processes or other administrative requirements. These actions will be taken to preserve the integrity of the roleplay environment and protect player interests. 8. Equal Representation of Whitelisted EntitiesWhitelisted entities must actively foster an inclusive environment where all players feel welcomed and valued. Whitelisted entities should not restrict membership based on arbitrary or exclusive criteria, ensuring all players have a fair chance to participate in roleplay activities. Roleplay groups must avoid monopolizing or controlling critical aspects of gameplay that would disadvantage other players. 9. Respect for Player CreativityWhitelisted entities are encouraged to collaborate with players to foster creativity and unique roleplay experiences. Any attempt to suppress or plagiarize player-generated content without permission is strictly prohibited. 10. Responsibility in LeadershipLeaders of whitelisted entities are expected to demonstrate exemplary leadership skills, fostering teamwork, fairness, and collaboration among members. Leaders must mediate conflicts within their organizations and ensure that disputes do not escalate into harassment or unfair treatment. ⚠️Enforcement and ConsequencesViolations of these guidelines will result in escalating consequences, including: Formal warnings. Temporary suspension of whitelist privileges. Permanent removal of whitelist status. Suspension, disabling, termination, or complete deletion of the whitelisted group or roleplay entity. Mountain Interactive reserves the right to investigate, audit, and enforce these guidelines to protect the integrity of the community.3 points

REVIEW FOR STAFF MEMBER LANDON123
2 points1. Management reviews are for "Staff @ Mountain Interactive" and above. 2. Staff Reviews are for "Community Safety" and above DO NOT CONDUCT STAFF REVIEWS BASED ON PERSONAL MODERATION ACTIONS. STAFF REVIEWS SHOULD BE CONDUCTED AS PART OF A FORMAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROCESS. Template Staff Member: @Landon123 Review Rating: 10/10 Over all +1 Review Notes: This staff member assisted me in resolving a major issue both within the Discord support section and within the roleplay community/game. I'd want to note that this staff person took his time and was extremely good at articulating things to assist me, and that the problem was resolved at the end of the day. Thank you.2 points

Review for Captainman
2 pointsCaptain_man is for management the goat and he is 100% worthy of his reputation, I had an incident involving false reporters and possibly complicit staff getting me banned for a day for RDM, and he immediately responded when he had the chance. See that here Captain_Man is by far, the most fair, and impartial member in this communities management/staff team by far, honestly you should give him a raise for what he is doing for the community, from writing down in rules things that are being enforced but not yet written down as they should be, to helping the average player with unfair situations.2 points

Warning Appeal
1 pointAppeal Rejected Dear @sheluvswholol, after reviewing the evidence provided by the staff member it seems you had plenty of time to notice it was a Staff Situation. He was FF’ed in front of the player for a good 5-6 seconds before you drew your weapon and killed the player. Within that, I will have to reject your appeal due the fact of the situation. Review for 556x45mm_roundz
1 pointStaff Member: @556x45mm_roundz Review Rating: 10/10 Review Notes: Conducts himself professionally on all staff scenes that he responds to and deals with it quickly and efficiently. Considering there were multiple people around the scene Tool Abusing he directed his focus on them to prevent anyone being Tool Abused and issued the reasonable punishment. Whilst dealing with all of that, there was another guy disrespecting Staff. 556×45mm_roundz once again dealt with the situation professionally and issued the punishment to the offender.1 point

Los Angeles, California's Rulebook
Los Angeles, California Roleplay Game: Official RulebookThe rules outlined in this rulebook are enforced by Community Staff Members. If you have any questions about these rules or would like to suggest improvements or new rules, please feel free to contact us. We’re always open to feedback from the community to ensure a better experience for everyone. 1. IntroductionWelcome to Los Angeles, California, an immersive roleplaying game where players can experience the hustle and bustle of city life. This rulebook is designed to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all. Please adhere to these rules to ensure the community thrives. 2. General RulesRespect All Players: Treat everyone with respect, both in-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC). Bullying, harassment, or toxic behavior is prohibited. No Exploits or Hacking: The use of any third-party software, glitches, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed and will result in an immediate ban. Follow Roblox’s Guidelines: Ensure your actions comply with Roblox’s terms of service and community standards. No Spamming: Refrain from spamming the chat or actions that disrupt other players’ experiences. 3. Roleplaying RulesStay In Character: Players must remain in character at all times while roleplaying. If you need to communicate OOC, use the designated brackets (( )) to separate it from in-game conversations. Realistic Roleplay: All roleplay must align with the modern-day, realistic setting of Los Angeles. Avoid fantasy or supernatural elements unless part of a special event. No Powergaming: Do not force actions on other players without giving them a chance to respond. Example: You cannot dictate another player’s reaction to your actions without their consent. No Metagaming: Do not use OOC information to influence in-character decisions. Keep OOC knowledge and IC actions separate. 4. Traffic and Vehicle RulesFollow Traffic Laws: All in-game traffic rules must be followed. This includes obeying speed limits, stop signs, and traffic signals. No Reckless Driving: Recklessly driving or intentionally crashing into other players disrupts the roleplay experience and is not allowed unless part of a specific scenario. Emergency Vehicles: Only authorized roleplayers can use emergency vehicles (police cars, ambulances, fire trucks). Misuse will result in warnings or bans. 5. Economy and Job RoleplayJob Performance: When roleplaying in specific jobs (such as police officer, firefighter, business owner), carry out your duties realistically and fairly. No Job Abuse: Do not use your job role (e.g., law enforcement) to unfairly target other players or benefit yourself. Proper roleplay and procedure should always be followed. Business Ownership: Players can open and operate businesses. However, all business dealings must follow the rules of fair play. Scamming or false deals will lead to penalties. 6. Criminal Roleplay (CRP) GuidelinesRealistic Crimes Only: Criminal activities should be realistic. Avoid excessive or outlandish crimes that could disrupt the balance of the game (e.g., mass shootings, bombings). Stick to small-scale crimes like robberies, car thefts, or drug deals. Consent for Major Crimes: Larger crimes (bank heists, kidnapping, etc.) should be discussed and approved by all involved players beforehand. This ensures a fair and balanced roleplay. Crime Limits: Limit the frequency of your criminal activities. Constant criminal behavior can disrupt the flow of the game for others and will result in administrative action. Weapons Use: Stick to realistic weapons for the setting. Military-grade weapons or explosives are not allowed unless part of an authorized event. No Random Killings (RDM): Players cannot randomly kill others without reason or outside of roleplay. All actions must fit the ongoing storyline or character development. 7. Law Enforcement RoleplayFollow Protocol: Police officers must follow proper roleplay procedures during investigations, arrests, and patrols. No shortcuts or powergaming allowed. Fair Arrests: Give criminals a fair chance to roleplay out their actions. Don’t instantly arrest or kill players without allowing them to respond. Jail Sentences: Jail times should be proportional to the crime committed. Excessive jail time will ruin the experience for others and is not allowed. 8. Roleplay EventsSpecial Events: The game will host organized events from time to time (festivals, crime sprees, etc.). Different rules may apply during these events, which will be communicated in advance. Event Participation: While participating in events is optional, it’s encouraged for added immersion and fun. 9. Rule Enforcement and PunishmentsWarnings: Players who break minor rules will receive a warning. Repeat offenses may result in further action. Temporary Bans: Serious offenses or repeated violations may lead to temporary bans. Permanent Bans: Extreme rule-breaking, such as exploiting, hacking, or continuous harassment, can lead to permanent bans. Appealing a Ban: Players can appeal bans by contacting an admin with valid reasons. Appeals will be reviewed case by case. 10. Reporting Rule ViolationsIf you witness a player breaking the rules, report them to the game moderators with evidence (e.g., screenshots or video). All reports will be taken seriously and investigated.1 point

Roleplaying RulesStay in Character (IC): While in the game, you must stay in character at all times. If you need to speak out-of-character (OOC), use the designated brackets (( )) to separate it from roleplay. Realistic Roleplay: Ensure your actions, dialogue, and storylines are realistic and fit the setting of Perris, California. Avoid supernatural or extreme scenarios unless permitted during special events. No Powergaming: Powergaming refers to forcing actions on other players without giving them a chance to respond (e.g., saying “I knock you out” without allowing the other player to react). All interactions must allow for fair responses. No Metagaming: Do not use information gained out-of-character to influence in-character decisions. Keep OOC knowledge separate from IC behavior. 4. Driving and Traffic LawsObey All Traffic Laws: Follow in-game traffic signals, speed limits, and road rules as you would in real life. Avoid Reckless Driving: Driving recklessly for no reason, crashing into other players, or disrupting the flow of roleplay is not allowed unless part of an approved roleplay scenario (e.g., a police chase). Restricted Emergency Vehicles: Only authorized players may use emergency vehicles (police, fire, or medical services). Misuse of these vehicles will result in disciplinary action. 5. Job Roles and EconomyJob Performance: When playing as a worker (police officer, store clerk, firefighter, etc.), roleplay your job realistically. No shortcuts or abusing your position to gain advantages. Business Ownership: If you own or manage a business in the game, all transactions must be handled fairly and within roleplay. Scamming or cheating customers will result in a warning or removal of your business. In-Game Economy: Earn in-game currency by performing jobs, running businesses, or engaging in legal activities. Exploiting glitches for money will lead to disciplinary action. 6. Criminal Roleplay (CRP) GuidelinesRealistic Crimes: Criminal roleplay should be grounded in realism. Avoid excessive or outrageous crimes that disrupt the overall experience, such as large-scale shootings, bombings, or unrealistic heists. Stick to smaller, believable criminal activities like robberies, theft, or smuggling. Planned Crimes: Major crimes (e.g., bank heists, large gang conflicts) should be pre-approved by game moderators or organized with consent from all parties involved. This ensures that everyone has time to prepare and participate. Crime Frequency: Limit the number of criminal actions in a single play session. Constant or repeated criminal activities may result in administrative action if it negatively affects the experience for other players. Fair Engagement: When engaging in criminal acts (such as robbing a store or attacking another player), give others the opportunity to react and respond. Don’t force outcomes (powergaming), and always allow for a fair and realistic conclusion. Weapons Use: Only carry weapons that make sense in the context of Perris, California (e.g., small firearms). Avoid using military-grade weapons or explosives unless part of a special event with approval from the moderators. No Random Killing: Random player killings (RDM) are not allowed. All killings must be part of an agreed-upon roleplay storyline. Unnecessary or out-of-character killing will result in an immediate ban. 7. Law Enforcement RoleplayProper Arrests: Police officers must follow realistic procedures for investigating and arresting criminals. Officers are encouraged to roleplay out the arrest process (e.g., reading rights, handcuffing, questioning). No Abuse of Power: Law enforcement officers should not abuse their authority for personal gain or to unfairly target other players. Jail System: Criminals who are caught and arrested will be sentenced to jail based on the severity of their crime. Jail time should be proportional and agreed upon by the players involved. 8. Events and Special ScenariosScheduled Events: Occasionally, Perris, California will host special roleplay events, which may include unique scenarios like festivals, large-scale emergencies, or crime sprees. These events will be announced in advance. Event Participation: Participation in special events is optional but encouraged. Be sure to follow the guidelines set out by the event organizers, as different rules may apply during these times. 9. Rule Enforcement and Disciplinary ActionsWarnings: Players who break minor rules will receive warnings. Continued misbehavior will lead to more serious consequences. Temporary Bans: Serious or repeated rule violations may result in temporary bans from the game. Permanent Bans: Severe offenses, such as exploiting or repeated harassment, can result in permanent bans without warning. Appeals Process: Players may appeal a ban by contacting game administrators with evidence supporting their case. All appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 10. Reporting ViolationsIf you witness another player breaking the rules, report the incident to a moderator or admin. Provide any evidence, such as screenshots or videos, to help with the investigation.1 point
