Mod sended me a broken Link

so i was Perm Banned for underage and i had to be 15 plus to confirm im above or that after he sended me the Link it didnt work and i sended him a message back didnt respond if any mod reads this i need a new link or somehow else to cofirm my age Thank you -Debkout
