What Happened? Basically I was typing in general chat and someone ran a cheating discord check on me and I was found in multiple then I was banned from everything including this website but I got unbanned by leaving the servers and going through a different appeal process on https://support.mountaininteractive.com and was unbanned from the discord and website but not in-game. I also noticed my subscription was down graded to gold instead of my perm titanium member and was wondering if I'm able to get that back as well? in my belief the removal of my membership was unnecessary due to the fact being I was only in discord servers I had no clue I was in but obviously I'm not the staff member here I'm just asking for it back. Why Should You Be Unbanned? Well I never exploited in-game and I'm pretty sure I was supposed to be unbanned.
