I was pursuing a suspect who took off from my traffic stop, mid pursuit the suspect collided with a tree and their vehicle became un drivable. The suspect jumped out of his car and began running towards a small pond at which point I tased the suspect and put him in handcuffs. The suspect began to complain that I was "Hacking" because I saw him in the dark. As you can see in the clip provided I was not in fact "Hacking" and it was simply because I had good graphics. After a brief discussion with him that I would not be letting him free but instead arresting him on all the offences he committed he proceeded to leave the game to avoid being arrested (LTAA).
