I was banned for "TK, AoT, and NITRP". However, I find the report made detailing these events was conveniently edited to remove the context behind them. In the first clip given by the reporter (https://mountaininteractive.com/topic/9881-ltaa-corruption-and-glitch-abuse/#comment-25556) the clip shows me jumping a fence and shooting the complainant after he draws a taser on me (an all black taser that looks like a gun) this is after him and his partner shot my car over 50 times completely unprovoked. The events leading up to this are as follows; I was driving down a long straightaway, sheriff deputy behind me. I attempt to move into his lane in front of him and although on my screen I am at least two car lengths ahead, I desync'd his car out of the map. After this, I turned down the residential road that the clip occurs on and I am immediately boxed in by an unmarked crown victoria and chevrolet sedan, followed by one or two deputies with ELS on. I stop and ask what the issue is, however my car is immediately riddled with bullets as previously stated. I managed to reverse out of the blockage and into the driveway of a house, however desync broke my car and I had to bail, the clip follows from that point. I shot the UNUNIFORMED VBI agent after he pulled a weapon a 2nd time, believing I was about to be shot at again.
For the second clip, I was not on team and I was breaking a friend out of the jail before he got booked, the escape vehicle was in front of the parking lot and I felt like shooting the two officers in the lot would make escaping much easier.
Finally, the third. This was at least 2 hours after the first incident. ZERO context is provided via the clip or his report. I had just rejoined FCPD to get a little XP and hopefully reach SPO. I left the station and passed by the complainant in his vehicle, he immediately called me in as "rogue" and proceeded to get half the police department on me for essentially no reason. I, obviously not wanting to be arrested for no reason, did my best to hopefully get away and find another officer with a little more sense to set me free, I jumped in the canal however I immediately fell through the map (and did not LTAA as the complainant stated).
I was attempting to roleplay throughout this entire series of events, however maliciously cropped and edited clips has made it so that I look like I am in the wrong.
I can understand how my actions appeared with the lack of context but I believe I should be unbanned/given a lesser punishment considering my point of view during these events. I accept whatever ruling you may come to on this appeal and I thank you for taking the time to read the absolute wall of text that I typed out.
