Incident Description*:

Me and my fellow Officer (brodbro) initiated a traffic/ped stop (x1 out of the vehicle, x1 still inside). He then failed to comply where he then went rambling about how it was unauthorized and illegal traffic stop (which it wasn't) and that they would get us banned. During this encounter one of the individuals when we attempted to cite the other one, glitched (flying) the vehicle then claimed I was falsely imprisoning him after stating he was only "laying down". They had alternate accounts join to attempt to ram us/kill us (once they crashed they would leave and they admitted to it), both individuals also LTAA'd. Brod also stated that he did not take a photo of the rest of the conversation; but after they admitted to having alts, brod stated " well it doesn't matter you'll get IP banned" then Eric then stated "lol I have vpn so I dont care"

Rules Violated: RDM (Random Death Match), LTAA (Leaving to Avoid Arrest)

He had stolen the suspects vehicle from the initial traffic stop (was not apart of it and we believe was one of their alts which will be seen in another clip)

FRP + LTAA of an alt, aswell as admitting to him and his friend having alts
