Incident Description*:

After my friend joined the game, he received a citation for jaywalking. Shortly afterward, he began receiving multiple citations without doing anything to warrant them. We investigated the situation and found the officer responsible parked outside the spawn area. When we questioned him about the repeated citations, he ignored us. As more players gathered to ask about the issue, the officer left the game without providing any explanation.
