Incident Description*:

I just joined the game, after previously reporting him obviously it caused some sort of conflict him for him to start randomly beating me every time I spawned at David/Louie's Dealership. I was just trying to get on the Sheriff's Department as I just sit idly in the spawn until a spot opens up. Then he randomly starts beating me over and over for no reason as I respawn at the dealership.
