So I was arresting this suspect who fled from me. To which he got into another vehicle and I spiked. When I was trying to get him out of the vehicle he refused but apparently he said "Locks doors" even though in the clip he doesn't say nor type "Locks doors" at any other time to just say I have locked the doors your getting reported.
