Incident Description*:

I responded to a call at the renaissance plaza about a man scaring people, and upon arrival, the caller was being detained. He said that the monkey (player who was roleplaying as an african-american man) flipped his car. He then later explained to me that it was for roleplay, and I said that violating roblox TOS or being racist definently does not belong to roleplay.
