Incident Description*:

Suspect had a bolo out for fleeing from LEO in a vehicle, was spotted in strike point and was arrested, he claimed NLR and gave us a story what just didn't make sense, claimed he died 2 mins ago before our arrival, but the arresting officer was chasing him 30 seconds before he allegedly died.
