I arrived on scene as a deputy to an incident involving a vehicle stop related to an active investigation being conducted by other deputies. The suspect vehicle was already pinned in by multiple cruisers.
During the stop, the accused player (Andrew Carr AKA Sialyticx) began threatening the driver of the vehicle, telling them to “leave or go in cuffs until the investigation is over.” I intervened and reminded him that the vehicle was blocked in and advised him to calm down. This interaction led to a dispute between the accused player and myself, during which his attitude escalated. At one point, he made a racially charged remark, stating: “I don’t know why they hire these gangsters.” The context of the statement clearly referred to my character’s skin tone. I confronted him about it at the time, but he dismissed it and ignored further discussion. After the investigation concluded, I raised the issue again to clarify if the comment was intended as a racial remark. He responded by saying: “I don’t have to explain myself to you, drop it,”and then left the scene.
