The incident happened on 8/25/2025 in the Sped Autos parking lot. A few civilians were involved such as two randoms and one civilian recording the whole thing. I was in the parking lot saying "fight me, you win you get my gun." and one person took the challenge. He fought me until he died but in context he did punch me first so it wouldn't become RDM. The situation was totally unprofessional and unrealistic and I take full responsibility for my actions. If they fought me and successfully got me down to the ground, I never would've given them my gun. In fact, I most likely would've baited them so I could arrest them and send them to jail. That is completely unprofessional and unrealistic also. I was banned for unprofessionalism towards civilians.
Why Should You Be Unbanned? This is your only opportunity to appeal. Be honest and thoughtful. A simple apology is not enough. Explain why you believe you deserve another chance, what you’ve learned, and how you will prevent similar behavior in the future. I take full responsibility of my actions and I completely realize that my actions were inappropriate and did not follow the simple principles of a law enforcement officer, to protect and serve. When I found Project Delta, I was immediately interested in the game because of the amazing physics and graphics of the game. This game was the most realistic game I've played in a while and I really like it a lot. I deeply apologize for my unprofessionalism towards other civilians and will make sure it won't happen again. If I am unbanned, I will read the officer guidelines 3 times through and will never commit an inappropriate act again. I learned that you shouldn't go around asking people to fight you if you're a cop because it is severely unprofessional. Project Delta is a great game because it isn't like the other roleplay games. Project Delta takes roleplay seriously and takes moderation actions to people who want to fail roleplay. Honestly, I am actually glad you guys banned me because now I get to reflect on my actions and realize what I did wrong. Project Delta is a game that I want to continue to play in the future and I completely understand the severity of my actions.
