Incident Description*:

I responded to a backup request from a VHP trooper near McDonald's regarding a traffic stop. Upon arrival with my partner, I observed User_Division, who was BOLO at the time by PD officers for attempted homicide, parked nearby. We approached and confirmed his presence. I then instructed my partner and the trooper to detain him and transport him to county jail.

During the booking process, User_Division repeatedly attempted to evade custody by running around and abusing the lay-down animation to avoid being grabbed. This behavior was witnessed by myself, my partner, and another deputy (names to be included below).
