Incident Description*:

I spawned in and was shot right away by this guy. There were two shooters and it seems like they were RDMing (having a shootout) with cops for no reason. I spawned my car in and the other subject shooting died from cops. This guy then starts flying across the map using his gun shooting people all over. He shoots my vehicle multiple times and then trys to fire at me. In the 2nd clip before I ran in front of the car you see the guy in the air shooting aroud me and then shoots me for no reason once again while in the air. He was then seen flying all over and glitching out cars.

Rules Violated*:

Mass RDM - Killed me twice, killed other people with no prior RP interaction.
