So, this all started at S&K. I had arrested this trooper's friend for trying to steal a cop car. Lbuch (the offender), who was my arrestee's friend, proceeded to hop into my cruiser, begging me not to arrest the guy because he, quote, "didn't mean to". I ignored him and calmly drove to the station to book him for attempted GTA. Upon arriving at the station, he tased me in an attempt to prevent me from booking his friend (as shown in clip #1).
Later I drove out the station onto the side of the road to fill out my report on him for tool abuse. Of course...he jumped into my car and started ranting about how he'd get me banned for falsely arresting his friend blah blah blah. As I was filling out the report, it appears Lbuch had had enough, so all I heard in the background was bang bang. Now unfortunately I'm on my mac (no clipping) however, I got a clip right after my death. If you look at clip #2 , check the klog and then check the cops on duty below the radio. It clearly shows he's on duty (please analyze the clip and you'll see).
He also claims to be 14 (which hes not). But even if, it is below the minimum age required in MI (15+) as shown in proof #5
