Incident Description*:

We were pursuing the suspect, until he crashed at the intersection between the intersection of Milano Boulevard and Highland Avenue. He was claiming that he was glitched, and we kept trying to get him out of the car, which we eventually succeeded in. Once I cuffed him and attempted to grab him, he left the game.
