Incident Description*:

I was looking for my warrant suspect at the mcdonalds, asked for his id he refused to hand it to me but matches description, he went to the back and hop into that red crown vic, seems like it was his friend saving the day who also had a warrant, at first i lost sight on them but then saw them again going up the highway ramp on the wrong side on florence boulevard, this dude left the second he noticed that its impossible to escape from my charger, his friend also left after being in cuffs for around 10 seconds
