In short, I pulled over the vehicle for going 90 in a 40 and running a redlight, ran the plate, ran the user, saw he had a warrant and attempted to arrest him, when he left to avoid arrest after first getting mad. I dont usually report LTAA as I get a good 10+ LTAA's a day, however he personally annoyed me.
