Incident Description*:
I was arresting the same suspect before all of this happened and I was booking and mr john_penjamin kept uncuffing my suspect so I attempted to Arrest john_penjamin but he left while in Cuffs I don't got a Clip of thtat. I let the male I was cuffing go due to the fact john_penjamin kept coming back in the booking area to cuff me over and over again. I tried to stop the male I tried to book for going 114 in a 45 and he RDMed me x2.
