What Happened? I was driving away from the S&K Store, as I drove away from the store I get pulled over by FBI between Orthodonics and BOA. I didn't commit any traffic infraction whatsoever or have a warrant. he stated out my plates are '"forged" then I went back & Forth with the FBI until I ultimately gave in.
As he was running my name through the CAD, I took the opppurtunity as my adavantage to kill him. As I killed him what i hadn't realized was my voice chat was unmuted during this brief moment where I was in a VC. I cursed at the very end after killing him. I then was reported for "RDM" I was telaported to the sitroom about 3 minutes later and the moderator was stating out the offenses I've commited. The RDM clip that the FBI was reporting for me was thrown out as he trimmed the clip of me killing him and not showing any prior interaction whatsover. My POV that was provided to the moderator showed the full context and interaction. But at the very end where I cursed, It was not throw out as I was in game and cursed. I was in the MI general VC from August 24TH from 21:00-23:50 (PST) I understand and was told that it is a roblox moderation to handle this sort of thing if this happens.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? What I have said was indirect and of course I should mind my own words next time but again, I was never asked if it was directly towards him or anything, I simply said a foul language that wasn’t intended towards anyone. And that warrants a perma ban all of a sudden? I’ve had no priors except for a warning. And I’ve been playing since ‘23 I’ve been deeply embedded within this community please look into this matter~~~thank you.
