There is too much things to explain here…

I’ve been playing this game for a long time , and I never had to deal with someone like this . This person joined the team as RCSO and was constantly driving recklessly without his/ her (I don’t know the gender but I will call he or him )lights and crashing with everyone, when I was about to stop a car to do a traffic stop he crashed nearly us after speeding , I went to her crash to talk with him and try to say something so he can stop, he hooped off his car and tried to steal mine after he got on my car and tried to run I tried to chase her and then happened most of the game RP violations, I can explain all but I don’t want to make a 1000 phrases text so I will put all the links. I will only say this: please, don’t ever let him join, because this type of ppl is what makes Perris a bad RP game and ruins everything. Also I’m sorry if I did some things wrong because in that moment I was so stressed that I was cuffed , the staff commands were not working and I had so much internal rage because of this player. Thanks for reading, and I would like to know what punishment is this player receiving.
