Incident Description*:

Encounter 1: So after i booked a Suspect at the HCSD Milano County Jail i drove back to my Jurisdiction - (Florence, i was playing as FCPD) until i encountered crazy4bacon951 with the in-game user of Miles Wong blocking the Milano Boulevard, after i detained him by Approaching and requesting his Identification - which he didnt give - he ran away and after multiple times i told him to stop i tased and handcuffed him in which he left the game while patting him down.

Encounter 2: While driving back after on the Florence Boulevard i saw him jaywalking, i parked my vehicle approached him and he once again ran so i tased and tackled him and putted him into handcuffs - he once again left the Game.
