Incident Description*: Was parked and got pulled up on by offender who was in a CHP cruiser. Officer fails to identify himself or any reason for the stop, demands I get out of my car which I refused. He proceeded to cuff, search, and place me in his cruiser claiming I was under arrest. Began interaction extremely unprofessionally and pulled his weapon at an unneed moment. Overall, fail rp, powerplaying and RDA.
