The UC SBI, here now referred to as Primary Suspect was observed recklessly driving as they sideswiped the deputy's car, was observed speeding in the parking lot not slowing down prior, and not using a turn signal. They were pulled over, and explained to of their offenses. Through out the incident, the Primary Suspect was nothing but rude, uncooperative, and arrogant towards the end. BE AWARE, I TALK TO MYSELF IN THESE CLIPS AND OCCASIONALY CUSS, PLEASE EXCUSE LANGUAGE USED.
