Incident Description*:

So i was driving around in a HCSO vehcicle I took off the sirens and lights so i could Legally drive it i will admit tho i should'nt have drove it once he handcuffed me i ran to the car and jumped into the seat driving just a short distance so i didn't do frp driving while in handcuffs then he proceeds to fully magdump me with his glock 17 even when i STOPPED the car he still continued to fire rounds into my vehcicle. also keep note when he left i had to stay in the garage for about a soild 30- 40 minutes before some HCSO helped uncuffed me and let me off
