Incident Description*:

Okay so, it all started with him being shot by me and another fellow cop because he ran us over with his car full speed in the parking lot. He then returned (NLR), and began saying how he reported us both. I started laughing because it was beyond pathetic, and called him out for being mad because he started being toxic saying things like, "whine n cry baby". When I realised he had broken NLR I asked him to leave, he responded by RDMing me, and by the sound of it, everyone around him.
