Incident Description*:

There was a man running from cops that ended up crashing in the spawn, when he crashed he went unconscious so I tried to do CPR on him and see if I can make him go back. After a time doing CPR he standed up like nothing happened (NITRP) and went running to spawn a car (FRP) while his car was already crashed.
