Incident Description*:

So I was pulling up to my job (the subway) when some weird bug happened. After resolving that issue, I got out the car, and banana randomly tackles and cuffs me. He starts frisking me down and continues to hold me in cuffs for a good bit. After he lets me go, he glitches me by shooting me with the beanbag multiple times, and starts "kneeling on my neck" (Which I found to be a pretty obvious reference to George Floyd's death). I told him multiple times to stop and get off me. While I was on the ground, I told him he was being recorded and that he couldn't just do what he wanted. After another officer picked me up, I told him he was losing his badge. He then tried to ask for my ID, and when I denied him ID, he walked into my job unannounced and started shooting my fellow employees. I put my hands up, and when they walked in, he told me to keep my hands up and to "stop reaching" even though my hands were obviously up. He then proceeded to shoot me and kill me.

Professionalism, Abuse of Power, No Harassment or Retaliation, Escalation Control, Corruption RP without approval (to my knowledge), Detainment and Arrest Standards, No Unlawful Searches, Use of Force Responsibility (Applies to other officers. Unfortunately I don't have all their names), Misuse of Emergency Equipment, Probable Cause Requirement, Rights and Information, Excessive Detainment Prohibition, Fair Treatment of Suspects, No Abuse with Staff Permission (to my knowledge), Evidence Requirements, Use of Force In Arrests, Scope and Definitions, Use of Force Continuum, Duty to De-escalate, Proportional Response, Verbal Warning When Feasible, Lethal Force Standards, Headshots and Vital Areas, Execution Style Acts, Corruption or Special Scene without staff approval (to my knowledge), Drawing vs Pointing vs Aiming, Less Lethal Policy, Beanbag or Specialty Impact, Firing Through Cover, Medical Duty After Force, Professional Disengagement (For the other officers. Unfortunately I don't have all their names), Equal Enforcement of Laws, and RDM.
