Incident Description*:

Previously he got prusued by an FCPD Officer and did LTAA on that FCPD Officer. Thanks to an BOLO, I was able to find him and Arrest him for PC 148 (Obstruction of Justice) as he obstructed the commands by the FCPD Officer . As I was about to drive to the Station he stated "Screw this" and left. His Avatar also sems to be unrealistic because no one would walk/drive around with that kind of outfit.
