False arrset, corrupted and abuse tools power.

Incident Description*:

Firstly, he is a normal PD but he bring heavy gears to patrol with him. Secondly he doesnt know how to use radio much, keep spamming. Thirdly, he do not have hard evidence to arrset me because they put a BOLO out on a purple charger, 2 suspects and i was driving a pink dodge challenger alone. After a while, he saw that i was right and can't find a good reason to arrset me. He arrseted me for disturbing public peace + aggressive behaviour. When detaining me he didnt ask me to turn around and that is FRP too. When booking me, he didnt search me so in the result that i have a gun inside jail cell.
