Incident Description*:

So i arrived at gun store and saw an EMS tahoe speeding and drifting. So then we stopped him somehow i told him to give me hes ID and drivers license. But he didnt still he said laws dont apply at parking lot. Then he called for a supervisor of mine i called it in but nobody appeared. Since he didnt give hes ID and license to me i was about to take him to my car but then he LTAAd.
