Incident Description*:

I responded to a call of shots fired. Upon arrival, I saw a dead body at the scene. Tick_X was trying to drive away with the vehicle with the dead body inside. I pulled him out and questioned him about the situation. I then placed him in cuffs for the time being to further investigate what happened. I brought him over to my cruiser and was trying to investigate GSR and the weapon, but he just was not responding. Later, he just left the entire game.
