Incident Description*:

I was become a firearms employee at that time, suddenly one of the deputy shoot a riffle thru the store 2 mags straight for no reason, and after that im tryna ask them what is going on, etc, sort of story im asking for him to call an SPV or higher rank of him i also call 911 twice for asking sheriff/SBI SPV to that scene but this dude just cuffed and arresting me for no reason (btw i can't get it the other one deputy cuz he left the game after drive me to the sheriff office and cited me), you can check on my clipped for more info.

Forcing actions on others without giving them a chance to resist.

RDA	Arresting without RP reason.

Hello. I am pryap1sm. I am the deputy in the beanie w/ the blue bubblegum face. I arrested you and used force in accordance with Tennessee v. Garner, as well as a violation of the Ventura Compiled Laws; ref 188. You obstructed my duties as a peace officer, and additionally called 911 4 times after I had told you supervisors AND SBI were requested. I gave you a citation release due to the face that the jail system was broken. Attached you can see the several instances that you violated PC 188. You were given more than ample time to resists after I had literally roleplayed grabbing your wrists. Attached is the violation I charged you with.
