I got banned for v-OSP as I committed RDM which I stated that I forgot that it was a violation and talked to mod which he said that I have another warning before I would get banned again.

You cannot say that you forgot it was a rule as it is on you for not Reading the rules and OSP means that you were banned before, appealed and given a one strike policy meaning they if you broke ANY rule you would get banned.
