I was messing around with some friends in delta when my friend was shooting in the shooting range, I asked a worker (proboatsailer) if he can open the door to let my friend out, he told me "thats not my problem" and then stated "thats not my problem noob", then I grabbed the rifle off my chest and proceeded to magdump him in a comedic fashion.

I feel like that this was an excessive ban for V-OSP, I never meant this in an RDM-y way or a way to act as a detriment towards other players in game, I thought that I was on better grounds with both zizy and boatsailer, in a way that they would take it in more of a comedic value, and not was an RDM or anything like that, I merely meant this as a funny reaction to something and not as a way to ruin the opportunity for others, after this happened I can also see how what I did may reflect poorly on Delta and Mountain Interactive as a whole, along with how my action's may not have been seen as the best from others, even with knowing the intentions of what I did, along with this, in the aftermath of what happened I've also seen how my actions may have affected the operations of the business that they were working at, and making the business lose money. I also see the issue of doing this on EMS, and how it may reflect poorly on the medical side roleplay of the game and how it can make MI look bad also. I've taken a little time to think how my actions may have been poor and why, and how it affects people, along with just how what I did was ill mannered for the roleplay environment of Delta. I also feel as if my actions didn't fit the definition of RDM, as the called me such a "noob" and locked my friend in the gun range, which gave me ample motive for the shooting, the only thing that would pose an issue close to it is "assigned loadouts only" from delta rules section 9, however, there is nothing specifically stating that VSU-EMS wouldn't have a TEMS team, and the reason me and my friend were armed was the fact that we were dealing with an earlier scene involving x3 mass shooters in a house, either way the punishment for this would be a 7 day role blacklist, not a permanent ban.

Your ban appeal should be honest and from you. Do not copy other people's appeals and use AI to re-write it.
