Incident Description*:

User bloxgrind73 was driving on the wrong side of the road on the highway. I chased bloxgrind73 all the way to SnK where he tried to involve more people of his friend into the scene. User TrueBlazeLegit Opened a (Locked) Door in RP situations. Then i told him OOC to stop FRPing. bloxgrind73 was left alone where i proceeded to arrest him on the Spot for his violations. Then TrueBlazeLegit literally Jumped into my car where i was forced to shoot him out with all the weapons he had on him.
