Incident Description*: I was on RPD with my friend and then we noticed this RCSO driving around all rouge and causing trouble every way possible. We then went on USMS to test him and see if he'll shoot us for no reason, and he did. He also killed my friend by vdming him while I was helping a civ who went unconscious in the middle of the road.
