Eligibility Requirements
Administrators → Senior Administrators
Exceed minimum hour requirements
Submit proper reports
Have no issues in recent Moderations
Have a recommendation from the Council.
No active internal affairs issues.
Be a go to person in the community and staff.
Must be an administrator for at least 30 days.
Senior Moderators → Administrators
Exceed minimum hour requirements
Be active in the community and Discord
Have a senior administrator and moderator recommendation
Mentor the new moderators
Know the rules and regulations in Detail
Bans, Warns, Kicks, etc. should minimal issues with them
No active internal affairs issues.
Consider joining a department
Bring forward feedback and suggestions for improvement
Must be a Senior for 30 days.
Moderators → Senior Moderators
Exceed minimum hour requirements
Be active in the community
Have an Administrator recommendation
Must be here for 30 days.
Additional Requirements
Activity and Engagement
Applicants must demonstrate active participation in Mountain Interactive's community, such as:
Regularly moderating games or forums.
Contributing to staff meetings or initiatives.
Helping mentor junior staff members.
Leadership Skills
Applicants should showcase leadership capabilities, including:
Conflict resolution.
Effective communication with staff and community members.
Initiative in addressing issues and improving processes.
Contribution Logs
Applicants must provide documentation of contributions in their current role, such as:
Moderation logs.
Evidence of leadership or community-building activities.
Feedback from team members.
Disqualifications
Applications will not be considered if:
You fail to meet the service time or performance requirements.
You have active warnings, bans, or unresolved disciplinary issues.
You submit false or misleading information.

Applications will be reviewed by a panel of Senior Staff members. This process may include an interview or further evaluations.
