Incident Description*:

Pulled him over for many traffic violations, proceeded to get mad over the game and then just hopped on out. I asked and requested multiple times for his info and he failed to provide it to me (aka rfuse). I then placed him in cuffs and was gonna arrest him for Failure to Identify. After I brought him to my car, he got mad again and left the server. Later on, I saw the minivan back after 10-15 minutes so he needs to get banned.

Rules Violated*:

LTAA - Leaving while in an RP scene, leaving to avoid arrest
