FRP. “Driving with cuffs”

Warning Appeal:
I think I should get the warning off because in the moment I did the action of driving in cuffs the car was already on and on the “drive” mode so I only accelerated and ended up crashing to a tree before getting shot and killed because irl u can drive straight a car while in cuffs but you can’t turn so that’s what I did in game. Also one time I reported a guy for doing the same thing as me and when a mod came he told me that driving straight in cuffs is not FRP , he said that it considered FRP if u turn while driving in cuffs so I don’t understand why I got the warning
