Incident Description*:

I was in a chase with the police when I decided to hop out the car to try to steal a faster one. The one that I tried to steal was locked so when I got out the cops tased me and cuffed me also holded me. For a moment a cops stopped holding me so I ran to the car again to try to escape , the car was already on and in “drive “ mode so u accelerated and crashed to a tree “cuz I already knew that turning while cuffed is FRP” so I only crashed to the tree before getting shot and killed “that in theory is also FRP Because u can’t shoot a fleeing vehicle, but anyways. After respawning like 3 minutes after I got sent to the staff room and got boxed, when I asked what happened the staff said “ u did FRP for driving in cuffs” I tried to esxplain that one time I did a report to someone that drove in cuffs straight and reverse but the staff that came to that case said that he can’t do nothing because he didn’t turned the car while cuffed but he kept claiming that “he knows the rules” also I asked for another staff member to see if he thinks the same as “Amir” and he said “I’m a senior mod or something like that”.when I asked him for “ how

Does driving straight in cuffs is FRP and he didn’t even answered he just sent me to the timeout place.
