On the 15th of January, 2025 at or around 4:16 PM Pacific Time, I was issued a permanent ban for violating the Terms of Service on the Perris, California experience. Shortly before, I had approached an animalistic humanoid and used the chat box to communicate the following phrase: "if i pull your tail will a metal object fall out". Those surrounding us immediately requested a staff member who teleported to our vicinity and used the :jail command on my character. I was asked several questions by the moderator (cannot recall due to the occurrence being four months ago) prior to the ban issuance.

Why should you be unbanned?
I know how generic this might sound, but this was probably my first time playing a Mountain Interactive game. I did not take it seriously whatsoever and did not bother to read the rules, even though in hindsight I would be better off had I done so. As such, I was making a fool of myself and joking around. I took this too far when I stumbled upon a **** at a plaza and made a "joke" as seen in the evidence provided above. I knew better than to say something of that nature on a Roblox game, but it unfortunately slipped right out of my mouth. As five months have passed since my ban in January, I was able to use this time to reflect on the consequences of my actions. I have felt a sense of regret regarding the statement I made and apologize for any emotional damage I may have inflicted. I have read the community and gameplay rules thoroughly to ensure I do not repeat this mistake and will strive to be a respectful member of the community. Seeing the development of Mountain Interactive's games and YouTube videos of gameplay while missing out on it has been dreadful, and I wish to participate in this community once more.
