I was banned for having an underage account. However, a ticket was opened to prove otherwise, and the ban was lifted, both from the Mountain Interactive account and from Discord. However, I remain banned in the game despite being told I should be able to log in.

Allegation of being underage.
Why should I be unbanned?
As stated, the allegation that I am underage or have broken any rules has already been proven incorrect, and the ban should have already been lifted in the game based on what I was told here. However, so far, I have only been able to regain access to the account and Discord. I will attach the necessary evidence.
