Incident Description*:

So when i was patroling around i saw a fire take over i stopped my cruiser there and was checking it out then this PD guy decided to tase me with his taser after he did that of coruse i tried to tase him back in reatilation then he started apporaching me and i ran he then fired mutiple shots at me trying to kill me i then quickly pull out my firearm and fired back then his little deputy friend in the back helped him in order to kill me

It isn't techinally tool abuse they been frping with there tools the entire time bothering other players.
