My username is unsire and my roblox profile ID is: 2219697104. My discord ID is: 748339202244214885. The staff member who banned me, I'm not 100% sure who it is but their username on medal is Sergeant_Spam so im assuming it was Sergeant Gray but I am not completely sure, all i know is that their medal username is Sergeant_Spam. So basically what happened was I went to the donut shop because my friend had told me some officer had just arrested some guy working there and that he grabbed him and basically frisked him. So I quickly responded over there because I thought there was an ongoing scene happening and that he was wanted for something. I ran into the donut shop and saw the guy they said they were "arresting" so I went. To be completely and 100% percent honest I didn't mean to click tackle I meant to hold down the search button because they had searched him earlier. As you can see I didn't do anything when I had tackled him because I didn't mean to and I was trying to figure out how to stop that animation but I couldn't. Then, after a couple seconds of him being on the floor I once again didn't mean to pull out this item which was the baton I was trying to switch through my stuff in hand to see if I could bypass the tackle because I thought if I would grab a tool or something it would cancel out the tackle. I didn't see what I grabbed because I just clicked number 1 on my invetory and my baton was there at the first slot. You can see I clicked once after I took out the baton because, once again I was trying to stop tackling him but I didn't know how until finally I done it. As soon as I swung that first baton swing, I put it away I didn't continuously swing at him. I know that this was my fault and I shouldn't of completely ran up to him and tried to search him which led me accidentally clicking tackle. This also again was my fault and I take full accountability of whatn I did. Some extra notes in the video that should be explained: after I had him in cuffs, you can see me pull out the radio because I was trying to roleplay a scene professionally and correctly, by radioing it in and saying if this was the guy. I should've radioed it in but I didnt and I put it away because I just wanted to handle it myself and I assumed it was the right person. The last part of me saying something that was probably inappropriate to say and it just dug a deeper hole for me was once again 100% my fault and I just said it to try to be funny but after I realized it made it worse. The ban reason was "VOTS". Im sorry that this went through and all of this was avoidable by me and most of it was my fault. I can say though I didn't mean to tackle him that was 100% my mistake on clicking the wrong thing.
