What Happened?
I was playing Perris California on the 4th of this month when I was driving over the over pass i drove by a traffic stop before I even got to see what they looked like I said out of the car officer that guy doesn't belong here look at him (thinking he was one of my friends from this morning due to him being on the same bike with the familiar hat) upon coming to the traffic stop I then fully saw what the guy was wearing then I drove up to the stop he had a sombrero on his head and a Saul goodman face on I then sped off before stopping my vehicle and being jailed by the moderator but the server crashed before I could explain anything to him after that he texted in the main discord saying I will not get you for LTAP but just the perm ban for VTOS from speaking to the moderator he said that they were racist comments and violated terms of service regarding in my permanent ban.

I think I should be unbanned due to the fact that I didn't mean it in any racist way whatsoever and I even dmed the Moderator after it happened and apologized to him because I would never act or say anything racist in my entire life time, from what I've learned is its best to keep my mouth shut while playing because things can be taken multiple ways even though your thinking of something else, but what I did was a wrong place wrong time I drove up to the traffic stop not knowing what the guy fully looked like until I pulled up and saw his avatar I then tried to tell the moderator that but the game froze and crashed from the server restart I get why this was taken as in that way and you guys take this very serious which im glad but I did not mean those comments in a racist way whatsoever, I have no other moderation records I love playing your guises games and hope to be unbanned for this newly release project delta that I have been dying to play, thank you so much and im very sorry that your staff team had to deal with this.
