Good evening, I know David is busy. However, I have submitted an urgent ticket relating to a recent issue with the site, store, and payment/billng. Few days ago I tried to place an order tot the Titanium donation. The system failed to take my card 2x, so I attempted my savings account. However, the system still failed to acknowledge. I came back to see my account has a restriction on the store where I can not access the store. Which, I greatly appreciated. However, the main problem is. When I went to check my bank. The system charged my account 7x of $131.70 USD. Two times to my checking by card. And 5x by direct withdrawal from my savings account. I have requested a refund on 6 out of seven purchases, or all. And I will attempt it again once. I went to my saved pending subscriptions and I had only one I attempted. Then the more times I attempted on the one the more it seemed to have accumulated. Then I received a restriction to the store the following day. As the system was not linking my bank account properly or accepting my card. So, I thought. Good. I will wait until this Friday. However, it actually appears on my bank statements of being charged 7x for one purchase. As it kept failing I tried my card 2x and then my savings account direct withdrawal from the router. This is a major issue as I have bills and about $900+ USD short do to this delay/malfunction. When you get the chance, please look into this asap. I know you all are busy and appreciate your assistance on this matter. As I work a full time and part time job. And to note I can not access my benefits yet in the game or discord. Well, I checked today and what is diabolical is the face there are 2 other charges now in holding making it 9x MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED.
