What happened:

On 8/18/2025 I was an FBI agent working in an undercover capacity. Me and another undercover agent had seen a tweet about selling a stolen police car. I had my partner (the black male in pink) go undercover to try to buy it. I arrived on scene after the deal was going down to make an arrest. The subject in the video who I cuffed was told he was under arrest and cuffed while his hands were behind his back. (Upon seeing the video that was sent in I noticed that I was not talking. I think my mic was muted so nothing could be heard.) The suspect was placed into the back of my unmarked red jeep Cherokee so I could not have to worry about him while I tried to get the other person (driver of the police car) into cuffs. My partner (undercover officer in pink and a Sheriffs dep ended up chasing the suspect who ended up crashing out. I tried to get my suspect out of my car so I could get involved in the chase and staff removed him for me and told my "you are good to go" so I went on and chased the car. The suspect crashed out and he then ran on foot, and I used my beanbag shot gun to shoot him. My partner placed him into cuffs. (A staff member TP'ed to NB HWY to answer a question I had at the time and no mention was made of the first suspect). I was transporting the driver of the stolen police car to FBI on charges of Flee and elude, possession of stolen property, Carjacking, and resisting arrest when I got a message from staff to hop out of my car real fast. My game froze after I hopped out and when I went to get back into the game 30 seconds later, I was perm banned.

Ban reason:

FRP. TA, ATO

For this I was given a perm ban and was never given the opportunity to make contact with staff to talk to them. I applied for a ban appeal roughly an hour ago and would like to just be unbanned.
