Hello!

As per the Mountain Interactive Terms of Service that you signed when you created an account, under "Disclosure for residents of the USA", you are entitled under portion (c) which states:

"(c) Right to delete: You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Information."

To do so, make a ticket stating your intent of deleting/deactivating your account in its entirety including your personal information and anything associated, and somebody from Corporate or our Website Team would be glad to help. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out, or simply make a Support Ticket. Have a great rest of your day, and I hope I was of help!

Thank you for your quick and clear answer, but the reason is that I was banned from MI DC and I can't make a ticket to contact the department that will remove my data from the website. And on the website, when I click make a ticket, this happens.Screenshot 2025-08-18 at 01.22.06.png
